Area Attractions

STONERIDGE TOWNHOMES are located at Sunriver in Central Oregon, an area rich with recreational and cultural opportunities.

• Sunriver has 3 golf courses including the nearby championship Crosswater course. There are 20+ other public and private courses in Central Oregon to challenge you as well.
• Mt.Bachelor, a world renowned ski destination, is only 18 miles away by car. The Cascade and Paulina Mountains offer many snowmobile and cross-country skiing locations as well.
• There is also whitewater rafting, hiking, llama packing, rock climbing, backpacking, and fishing for the active sportsperson. Sunriver Stables offers horseback riding for buckaroos wishing to capture a bit of the wild west.
• The Lava Lands Visitor Center and the High Desert Museum offer historical and current information as well as interesting displays on the area history and geology.
• Every August there is the Sunriver Music Festival and the following week you can attend the Cascade Festival of Music in nearby Bend.
• For a relaxing day trip, drive north through the Warms Springs Indian Reservation and up to Mt. Hood for lunch in the historic Timberline Lodge.
